Dear Parents,
The 4th and 5th grade will be working on an independent reading packet, from this point on until the rest of the year. Each week they are to fill in the packet and hand it in at the end of the week.
The packet consist of four major questions, one being answered each night. Also, to ensure that your child is completing their reading you must sign off each night. I will attach of said packet to this message and on google classroom, so if at any point your child misplaces his/her paper you are able to reprint it.

At the end of the month you child will have to create a book report; on the chapter book they have read.
This is not the book we are reading together in class, this is a book of their choice.
