1. rhyme or reason: apparent sense or logic.
2.symbolism:  the practice of expressing things, as in art or literature, by means of symbols.
3. scheme: a devious plan; plot.
4. ballad:  a narrative poem or song.
5. metaphor: a figure of speech in which a word or phrase is used to describe one thing in terms of another in a non-literal way, such as "drowning in work".
6. conflict: to be in strong opposition or disagreement; differ.
7. simile : a figure of speech in which two dissimilar things are likened, often linked by "like" or "as," as in, "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb". (Cf. metaphor.)
8. rhyme: a word that ends with the same vowel sound or vowel and consonant combination as another word beginning with a different sound or cluster of sounds.
9. meter:  the rhythmic arrangement of measured units or feet of poetry, or a particular rhythmic arrangement.
10. characterization: a representation or portrayal of a person's unique qualities.

Friday- Religion Paper due May 4, 2015 TWO PAGE TYPES PAPER SIZE 12 FONT TIMES NEW ROMAN . You will have to write about a martyr who's life story inspires you.

The paper must include:
Your personal understanding of what it means to be a martyr.
Where this martyr comes from?
Why was it so hard for your martyr to keep there faith, what was going on during the time that they were being prosecuted, what was going on during that time that the catholic faith was not being accepted?
What they did that made them a martyr?
What has this martyr taught you about your own faith?
How can you live out those traits that you admire from your martyr?
