Weekly Vocabulary words


1. riddle a puzzling, tricky, and often amusing question, usually with an ingenious answer, posed as a diversion or as a test of one's wits.
2. suspect  to believe to be true.
3. scenario a detailed outline or summary of a play, film, or book.
4. victim   someone who is harmed physically or emotionally by a person or group of people, or by circumstance.
5. inductive of, pertaining to, or using electrical or magnetic induction.
6. inference a conclusion derived from inferring.
7.deduction something that is subtracted or deducted.
8. witness to know through direct sight or experience of.
9.text  the body of a printed work as distinguished from its title, headings, notes, and the like.
10.nonsense  something, or a collection of things, that is meaningless, illogical, foolish, or absurd.
11 information  knowledge or facts that come from investigation, observation, or study.

Wednesday- Students must draw a cartoon storyboard of the poem "The Walrus and the Carpenter" this poem was worked on during class. The Story board must start from the beginning and end at the resolution.
