Midterm Review:

5th Grade 
Religion Students must know all of the key terms from each chapter.

Chapter 1  Jesus shares God's life with us. 5key words

Chapter 2: Jesus shares his mission with the Church. 6 key words
the Churches mission also John15:5 Vine
Chapter 3: The church celebrates the 7 Sacraments:  5 key words
Introduced to all 7 sacraments, and the 3 categories they fall under.
chapter 4: New life in Christ. 6 key words
The beginning of understanding of Baptism.
Chapter 5: The celebration of Baptism: 2 key words
symbols of Baptism, and what they mean.
Chapter 8:The coming of the Holy Spirit. 1 key word
History of Confirmation: how it started, when we receive it, and why it is important to us.
Chapter 9: The celebration of Confirmation 1 key word
The gifts of the Holy Spirit (7 of them).

ELA
Noun: common, proper,singular, plural, and possessive nouns.
Verbs: action, being, linking, tenses (past, present, present participle ect.)
The 4 types of sentences: Declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory.
